Settings > Account > Permission Groups
Administrators can create their own custom permission groups to allow team members to contribute to their workforce plan in unique ways without allowing them to have full access to the tool. Administrators are able to create and name permission groups and assign users however they choose. Let's get started!
Create Custom Permission Groups
Click the + icon to add new custom permissions or select an existing one to edit or delete.
To create a new permission group, enter a name, and select the permissions for the new group. All permission groups include the View Only permission. Only Administrators have access to manage Settings.
Once a custom permission group has been created, it can then be assigned to active users via the Account User Settings.
Note: Custom permission groups cannot be deleted if a user is assigned; the user would have to be removed from the permission group first. An error message appears until the conflict is resolved.
