Log In Methods

Last updated: March 11, 2026

Log in methods determine how your team accesses Bridgit. Basic Authentication (username and password) is available to all customers by default. Single Sign-On (SSO) allows your team to access Bridgit using your organization's existing identity provider credentials, simplifying login for your users.

Bridgit supports the following SSO authentication methods:

  • Microsoft OAuth 2.0

  • Google OAuth 2.0

  • SAML

Below you'll find detailed setup instructions for Microsoft and Okta SAML configurations.

Eligibility

SSO authentication eligibility is evaluated based on your account tier and on a case-by-case basis. Contact your Customer Success Manager to confirm eligibility and begin setup.

How to Set Up SSO

Microsoft OAuth 2.0 Setup

Before you start, make sure you have Entra ID Administrator access and your organization name on hand (contact Bridgit Support if you're unsure of your organization name).

Connect your Microsoft account

  1. As an Entra ID Administrator, go to bench.gobridgit.com

  2. Click Enterprise Login

  3. Enter your organization name and click Continue

  4. If prompted, click Continue with Microsoft

  5. Review and Accept the permissions requested by Bridgit Bench

That's it — the Bridgit Bench application will now appear in your Entra ID Enterprise Applications.

Note: Bridgit Bench Enterprise Application ID: 906fd913-b9b8-45dc-8cdb-3546964172df
