3. Action: System adds new record or updates existing record

4. Sync: Both platforms remain synchronized

Sync Frequency:

• Most integrations sync in near real-time, with changes appearing in Bridgit within 5 minutes

• Some integrations run on longer scheduled intervals based on platform capabilities

• Custom schedules can be configured based on your needs

Setup Process:

Bridgit's integration team manages the entire setup:
