Ask Bridgit

Last updated: March 10, 2026

Ask Bridgit is an AI-powered chat tool that allows you to explore your workforce data by asking questions in natural language. Instead of navigating through multiple pages or building complex filters, you can simply ask questions and receive exportable data summaries instantly.

Ask Bridgit is currently in beta with new capabilities being added regularly.

Key capabilities:

  • Ask questions about your workforce in plain English

  • Get instant answers based on your real-time Bridgit data

  • Export results for further analysis or sharing

  • Interact with data conversationally without learning complex queries

  • Receive answers that respect your group filters and permissions

Eligibility/Prerequisites
