Bridgit Agents

Bridgit Agents are AI-powered assistants accessed through Ask Bridgit, that help you make faster, more informed workforce planning decisions. Each agent is purpose-built for a specific task, so you spend less time manually reviewing data and more time acting on it.

Eligibility/Prerequisites

Bridgit Agents are available to all accounts with Bridgit AI enabled.

Individual agents can be turned on or off by an Administrator under Settings > Bridgit AI > Agents.

Agents

Team Builder

Team Builder proposes a team for a given project based on team member availability, project needs, and your organization's approach to building strong teams.

When using team builder, you can describe the type of team you want proposed or apply a team customization configured by an Administrator in Settings > Bridgit AI > Agents > Team Builder.

Example prompts:

• "Suggest a balanced team for Riverside Tower."

• "Propose a team for Ahrens Street Lofts that prioritizes team members with shorter commutes and relevant project experience."

• "Suggest a full team to fill the Sr. roles on this project. Team members must have experience with data center projects."

Assignment Finder

Assignment Finder reviews team member availability alongside your open project needs and suggests the best-fit roles for team members, so you can make faster, more informed staffing decisions.

Example prompts:

• "What roles are a good fit for Sarah Chen?"

• "Find open assignments for all Project Managers with availability in August."

Org Chart Visualizer

Org Chart Visualizer generates an org chart for any planned project, giving you a clear, shareable view of your team structure, roles, and any open positions.

Example prompts:

• "Generate an org chart for field roles on the Elmwood District project."

• "Create an org chart for this project. Exclude all craft roles"

Workforce Brief

Workforce Brief reviews your workforce plan and summarizes upcoming changes, including assignments starting or ending soon and planned time off, so you always know what's coming next and can proactively take action when needed.

Example prompts:

• "Give me a workforce brief for the next two weeks."

• "Create a brief that outlines assignments starting and ending in the next month"

Project Change Digest

Project Change Digest reviews recent activity across one or more of your projects and delivers a concise summary of changes to dates, phases, and staffing. This way, you can quickly understand what has shifted without manually reviewing project history.

• "Summarize changes made to the Harborview project in the last month."

• "What project changes were made in the last week?"

• "Create a digest summarizing all project updates made in the Seattle group in the last two weeks."
