Bridgit MCP

Last updated: May 20, 2026

Overview

The Bridgit MCP connects AI assistants like Claude and ChatGPT directly to your Bridgit data. Instead of switching between tools or manually exporting reports, you can ask questions and get answers in plain English — right from the AI assistant you already use.

Once connected, you can:

  • Find team members with upcoming availability

  • Identify people with the skills or experience your projects need

  • Review open roles and roles flagged for hire

  • Get summaries of project and people history

  • View project and pursuit team compositions

  • Build custom reports that combine Bridgit data with information from other sources

Eligibility

The Bridgit MCP is currently available to select beta customers. If you're interested in early access, reach out to support.

Access & Security

The Bridgit MCP Server will need to be enabled for your account by your account administrator. This can be done in Settings > Account > Basic Settings.

Once enabled, all users in your account will have access to the Bridgit MCP. Each user authenticates with their own Bridgit Bench credentials, and can only access the projects, people, and data they already have permission to view in Bridgit. Connecting to the MCP does not grant any new or elevated access.

Connecting to the Bridgit MCP means your AI assistant can retrieve your Bridgit data in real time. Keep in mind that this data is processed by whichever AI provider you're using — it's worth reviewing their policies to understand how your data is handled.
