Any related context (like project name or role title)
Filtering and Feed Settings
Filter by user: Narrow the log to activity from a specific person
Integration events: Use Feed Settings to toggle integration-triggered events on or off, making it easier to isolate what your team is doing versus what your integration is updating
Common Workflows
Auditing allocation changes: When you need to understand who adjusted someone's assignment dates or percentages, expand the relevant activity entry to see the before and after values and identify who made the change.
Tracking project modifications: Review the Project Activity Log before a client meeting to understand recent changes to dates, roles, or team assignments and be prepared to discuss the project's evolution.
Investigating discrepancies: If you notice unexpected data in a profile or project, check the Activity Log to trace when the change occurred and who made it, helping you quickly resolve data questions.
Compliance documentation: Export activity logs for specific people or projects to maintain records of workforce changes for HR compliance, client reporting, or internal audits.
Understanding integration impacts: After a data sync from your ERP or HRIS, review the Activity Log to see which fields were updated by the integration and verify the changes are accurate.
Reviewing account-wide activity: Use the Global Activity Log in Settings to get a full picture of everything happening across your account in one place, without clicking through individual profiles and projects.

Activity Log only tracks edits and changes. Profile views are not recorded.

Integration-triggered events are displayed with a distinct visual treatment in the log. You can also use Feed Settings to toggle integration events off entirely if you want to focus on user activity only.
