Setting up a team default: Admins can configure a view that reflects the team's standard working setup — for example, showing only active projects with key columns like role name, allocation %, and project end date — and share it account-wide so everyone has the ability to from the same baseline.
Creating role-specific views: A project manager might save a view filtered to their own projects, while a resource manager saves a separate view focused on utilization and availability. Each user maintains their own set of views tailored to their day-to-day needs.
Preparing for a standup or review: Save a view with filters pre-set for a recurring meeting — such as all unfilled roles in the next 60 days — so you can pull up the right data instantly without reconfiguring each time to optimize your workforce planning meets.
Common Questions
Q: Can I have more than one saved view on the same page?
Yes. You can save multiple views per page and switch between them at any time.
Q: Will my saved views carry over if I change my filters after applying one?
Applying a saved view loads that configuration, but any changes you make afterward are not automatically saved back to the view. To update a saved view, you'll need to re-save it explicitly.
Q: Can non-admin users share views with their team?
No. Only Admins can share views account-wide. Other users can create and manage personal views, but they will not be visible to others.
Q: If an Admin deletes a shared view, what happens for other users?
The view will be removed from the Saved Views menu for all users in the account.
Q: Can I hide a Shared View I do not want to see?
Yes. Shared views can be hidden by clicking hide in the more actions section.
