Project Team Assessment

Project Team Assessment lets authorized users evaluate how well a project team worked together, allowing teams to captures qualitative performance data in Bridgit.

Eligibility/Prerequisites

Access to Team Assessment depends on your permission level:

  • Manage Project Team Assessments: Required to add or edit an assessment on a project

  • View Project Team Assessments: Required to view assessments on a project

Users without either permission will not see project team assessment data.

How to Use

Viewing Projects That Need Assessment

When you log in, a dashboard widget summarizes projects that ended in the last 3 months and have not yet been assessed.

  1. Navigate to the Dashboard

  2. Locate the Team Assessment widget

  3. Click any project listed to open its profile and begin an assessment

Adding a Team Assessment

Assessments can be added starting two weeks before a project's end date.

  1. Open the project profile for a project that is wrapping up or recently completed

  2. Navigate to the Team tab

  3. Click Add Assessment

  4. Rate the team using the Bridgit scale

  5. Add a comment by typing or using voice-to-text

  6. Click Save

Viewing an Assessment

  1. Open the project profile

  2. Navigate to the Team tab

  3. Turn on the View Confidential Fields toggle

  4. The assessment score and any notes will be visible

Common Workflows

Assessing a team after project closeout: When a project wraps up, use the dashboard widget as a prompt to complete the assessment while the project is still fresh. Add a note capturing anything meaningful about team dynamics that the score alone would not convey.

Using Ask Bridgit for assessment insights: Ask Bridgit questions about past team assessments to quickly surface patterns across projects without manually reviewing each profile.

Q: Who can add a team assessment?

Only users with the "Manage Project Team Assessments" permission can add or edit an assessment.
