Share person-specific updates in Bridgit Bench to increase communication and stay up-to-date. Users from all permission groups are able to leave notes as well as mention users in their notes.

Viewing Person Notes
Each note will show the author's name and the date it was published. Notes will appear in chronological order from the creation date.
There are a variety of ways to access Person Notes.
People List
Select a profile then expand the Notes section in the right side panel.
People Gantt
Select the person to launch the profile modal. Notes for that person will be on the right side.
Projects List & Gantt
In the Project List view
- Select the project.
- In the Operations tab, select the person's icon.
In the Project Gantt view:
- Select the person's Gantt bar and a modal will open.
- Select the person's profile icon.
Adding a Note
To add a note, type the note and select the icon. To make a note private, select the icon.
Private notes can only be created and seen by users with View Private Fields permissions.
Note Mentions
To create a mention type the @ symbol when adding/editing a note, to launch a list of active users in the account. Typing will narrow down the list by a user name:
A mention will appear grey when mentioning another user. Self-mentions will appear blue.
When a note is saved with a mention, an email notification will be sent to the mentioned user. Notifications will not be sent for self-mentions. The mentioned user can select the "View Note" button within the email to be taken directly to the person with the mention.
Editing/Deleting a Note
Users can only edit or delete their own notes. Users with an Administrator role will be able to delete the notes of others.
To edit or delete a note, hover over a note and select the icon.
