Customize the Project Gantt view to help condense relevant information. Any applied filters and customizations you make in the Gantt Settings panel will be reflected in the Gantt reports.

Timeline

In the Gantt Settings, the Timeline can be adjusted accordingly.

Display Options

View role types, the roles, the people filling each role and expanded project phases in separate bars.

Sort Roles By

Sort roles by Start Date or Name (in alphabetical or custom order - depending on how the Role Ordering is configured)

Customize Project Gantt View

The Project Gantt Settings only filter roles. To filter project data, use the Project filters.

For example, to view "unfilled roles" only on projects that contain unfilled roles:

1. Click on Filters.
2. Select Roles and Unfilled Roles.
3. Select Gantt Settings.
4. Under Filter Roles > Assignment Status, select Unfilled Roles.

Filter Roles

Unfilled and filled roles can be filtered accordingly.

Filter a specific role using the search bar or the multi-select list.

The People Gantt can also be managed with the People Gantt Settings.
