Settings > People > Deactivated People
Deactivated people can be reactivated at any time by Administrators.
This article will also help if you received the following message while attempting to add a person: "This email is in use by a deactivated person."
Reactivate a Person
- Open by clicking Settings on the main navigation bar.
- Under the People tab, click Deactivated people and a list of all deactivated people will appear.
- Select the Person you would like to reactivate.
- Click Reactivate located in the top right corner of the Person's info.
- This will open the "Reactivate Person" window. Click Reactivate to confirm.
- You can proceed with adding the person to a project once they have been reactivated.
