Settings > People > Deactivated People
Deactivated people can be reactivated at any time by Administrators.
Troubleshooting - This article will help when encountering the following message while attempting to add a person: "This email is in use by a deactivated person."
Reactivate a Person
- Navigate to Settings > People.
- Select Deactivated people and a list of all deactivated people will appear.
- Select the Person to reactivate.
- Select Reactivate below the profile photo.
- In the "Reactivate Person" window. Select Reactivate to confirm.
