Settings > People > Deactivated People
Deactivated people can be reactivated at any time by Administrators.
Troubleshooting - This article will help when encountering the following message while attempting to add a person: "This email is in use by a deactivated person."
Reactivate a Person
- Open by selecting Settings on the main navigation bar.
- Under the People tab, select Deactivated people and a list of all deactivated people will appear.
- Select the Person to reactivate.
- Select Reactivate located in the top right corner of the Person's info.
- This will open the "Reactivate Person" window. Select Reactivate to confirm.
- Proceed with adding the person to a project once they have been reactivated.
