Bridge the gap between you and your business development by tracking your project opportunities in Bridgit Bench with Pursuit Tracking. Bridgit Bench helps general contractors, subcontractors, and self-performing contractors manage all their project bids while providing a comprehensive view of project timelines and workforce allocations.

Projects > List
Under the Projects List, you have the ability to sort projects by Opportunity and Awarded.
Bridgit Bench will maintain any applied filters when toggling between List and Gantt views.
The Type column displays if a project has been awarded or is an opportunity.
The Status column displays a project's status. Opportunities can have the status of "Pursuit" or "Lost".
- Pursuit - an opportunity that is actively being pursued.
- Lost - an opportunity that is no longer being pursued and has been marked as lost.
If you do not see the Type or Status column, click the View Columns button to toggle it on.
You can also view Win % which is only available when the project status is "Pursuit" and will automatically be nulled out when moved to "Awarded". See Pursuit Tracking Overview for more info on Win Percentage.
Projects > Gantt
Awarded projects and opportunities appear under the Projects Gantt. The project status is displayed under the title of the project.
Bridgit Bench will maintain any applied filters when toggling between List and Gantt views.
- Pursuits are visually differentiated with a dotted outline and have lighter colors for their project bars.
- Lost opportunities have colorless project bars.
Within the Gantt Settings , you can enable View Roles to view the respective roles under each project.
People > List
Information on pursuits can be filtered accordingly in the People List. People that have a role in a pursuit can be displayed by showing the Pursuit Projects column. You can apply Project Allocations filters for peoples' data on specific projects.

Allocations on pursuits can also be viewed under a person's profile:
People > Gantt
Information on pursuits can also be filtered accordingly in the People Gantt. Under the Gantt Settings , the Projects & Utilization display option can be enabled to view awarded projects as well as pursuits.

- Pursuits are visually differentiated with a dotted outline and have lighter colors for their project bars
- Although pursuits will be displayed, they will have no impact on a person's utilization
- eg. a person that is 100% allocated to an awarded project will not be over-utilized if they also have a role in a pursuit during the same period of time
