Bridgit has launched a self-performing module for general contractors. Bridgit Bench Self-perform will allow you to consolidate your project and field labor data in one place and help your field managers ensure they’re assigning the right person for the job.
Self-perform Permission Groups
Administrators – Bridgit Bench admins will still have access to the entire resource planning solution. However, they’ll be responsible for assigning team members to the new permission groups, as well as creating any custom fields you’d like to track for your self-perform team.
Self-perform Requester – In most cases, this user will be the superintendent of the project. Once assigned to a project, this user will be able to make labor requests directly from the Bridgit Bench mobile app, and be able to view all of their active labor requests and assignments. This is a mobile-only user.
Self-perform Scheduler – This permission group will have access to all things self-perform (aside from account settings). They’ll have full access to manage all labor requests, assignments, and self-perform people. Because your Self-perform scheduler will need to add requesters to each project, this user will also have access to your Project List. This is a web-only user with limited access to the rest of your resource plans.
