A User Account is a profile that is created by a Bridgit Bench user that will allow them to access their company's account(s). User Accounts are different from Service Accounts, which are used for API integrations.
To create a User Account, a Bridgit Bench invitation email needs to be sent to the user by an Administrator. With the embedded link provided in the email, users can create a password and use their email address to log in or use one of the available authentication providers: Microsoft, Google, Autodesk, or Procore (OAuth 2.0).
Note: An invitation link is valid for 7 days after which it will expire and the invite must be re-sent by an Administrator.
Troubleshooting: If you haven't received the email, please check junk/spam to ensure it didn't get filtered out of your inbox. Invitation emails are sent via noreply@gobridgit.com. If you didn't receive the email, please reach out to Bridgit Support (support@gobridgit.com).
