Bridgit Bench helps to increase collaboration by allowing access to everyone involved in your company’s workforce planning process.
Administrators can send an invitation email to add users to Bridgit Bench.
Settings > Account > Users
The following sections can be found under the Account Settings in the Users tab:
- Invited Users - users that haven't yet accepted invitations
- Active Users - users who have accepted an invitation and can access the account
Invite a User
- Click the Invite User button to add a new user to the account.
- Users must be invited one at a time
- Enter an email address and select a Permission Set.
- Users can be assigned to a system permission set (Administrator, Manage All, or View Only) or a custom permission set created by an administrator
- Select Invite.
When a user is invited, an invitation email is sent to their email address with an embedded link to join Bridgit Bench.
The invitation link remains valid for seven days. If it expires, it must be re-sent by an Administrator by selecting the
icon.

Users can log in using the instructions in this article after accepting the invite.
Not Receiving an Invitation Email
If the user hasn't received the email within ten minutes of it being sent, please have them check their junk, spam, and quarantine folders in case it was filtered out of their inbox. Invites are sent from Bridgit Bench (noreply@bench.gobridgit.com).
