Along with the People Gantt, the People List delivers a complete view of all the people in your organization and allows you to effectively manage your team and resources across all projects at any stage.
From here, you can track your resources to optimize utilization and assign the best people based on accurate availability and shifting demands.

People List Filtering
Filtering Tools
Any sort order or filters applied on the People List view carry over to the Gantt view and vice-versa.
Sort By
You can sort directly on the People Gantt by Name, Title, and Availability Until by clicking on the Sort By dropdown.
Filtering
Filters can be applied directly from the People List by selecting the Filters button and + Add Filter, then Apply.
When filters have been applied, you can click the corresponding black X to remove them one at a time or click Clear to clear all of your filter selections:
Search
You can search for any field associated with a person, including their Title, using the Search bar.
Saved Filters
A specific group of commonly used filters can be saved with this feature.
- After applying filters, click the Save Filter
button.
- The "Create Saved Filter” opens. Add a unique name that describes the saved filter.
- After the filter is saved, you can access it at any time using the Saved Filters button.
You can delete a saved filter by clicking the Manage Saved Filters button inside the Saved Filters menu.
People List Columns
Click the View Columns icon to show or hide available columns. The availability of columns is determined by System People Fields and Custom People Fields, which are found in the People Settings. Columns marked as Private Fields in People Settings do not appear in the list for users with View Only access.
System People Columns
The following columns are the default People columns that appear on an account:
- Name
- Photo
- Hire date
- Termination date
- Title
- Other
- Home Address
- Cost Rate (hr)
- Employee ID
Project-related People Columns
These columns are also available to help provide more data related to people and the projects they're on.
Availability Until
- This column shows the percentage of a person's availability.
- The specific date that the person’s current availability changes or ends is also included.
Current Project
- This column shows the project name where a person is presently allocated.
- This column is displayed by default.
Current Project End
- This column displays the allocation end date of each person's current project allocation.
- If a person has 2 or more current allocations, the allocation end date that ends the soonest is displayed.
- The end date corresponds with the project displayed in the “Current project” column.
- This column is not displayed by default but is available in the column dropdown.
- When a role has a custom allocation percentage, the date at which the current allocation percentage changes displays instead of the end date.
Next Project
- This column displays the project name of any future allocations per person.
- This column is displayed by default.
Issues
- This column highlights any people that have current or future over-allocations.
- Issues are highlighted with an
orange circle, which can be clicked to view and rectify any over-allocation under the Issues tab in a person's profile.
Re-ordering Columns
Columns in the List view can be re-ordered by dragging and dropping them to the desired locations.
