The People List delivers a complete view of all people to effectively manage the team and resources across all projects at any stage.

Filtering Tools
Any filters or sorting order applied on the People List view carry over to the Gantt view and vice-versa.
Sorting
Sort the data in a column by clicking the ascending/descending arrow. The arrow will display in the column that is currently being sorted.
Filtering
Filters can be applied from the People List by selecting the icon and , then Apply.
When filters have been applied, select the X to remove them one at a time or click Clear to clear all filter selections.
Search
Search for any field associated with a person, including their Title, using the Search bar. See Using the Search Bar for more info.
Saved Filters
A specific group of commonly used filters can be saved with this feature.
- After applying filters, select the icon to save the filter.
- In the "Create Saved Filter” modal, add a unique name then Save.
- After the filter is saved, access it by selecting the icon.
Delete a saved filter by selecting the X inside the Saved Filters menu.
Admins can share saved filters with all users in the account. Refer to our blog post for more details.
People List Columns
Select the icon to show or hide available columns. The availability of columns is determined by System People Fields and Custom People Fields, which are found in the People Settings. Columns marked as Private Fields in People Settings do not appear in the list for users with View Only access.
System People Columns
The following columns are the default People columns that appear on an account:
- Name
- Photo
- Hire date
- Termination date
- Title
- Other
- Home Address
- Cost Rate (hr)
- Employee ID
Project-related People Columns
These columns are also available to help provide more data related to people and the projects they're on.
Availability Until
- This column shows the percentage of a person's availability
- The specific date that the person’s current availability changes or ends are also included
Current Project
- This column shows the project name where a person is presently allocated
- This column is displayed by default
Current Project End
- This column displays the allocation end date of each person's current project allocation
- If a person has 2 or more current allocations, the allocation end date that ends the soonest is displayed
- The end date corresponds with the project displayed in the “Current project” column
- This column is not displayed by default but is available in the column dropdown
- When a role has a custom allocation percentage, the date at which the current allocation percentage changes displays instead of the end date
Next Project
- This column displays the project name of any future allocations per person
- This column is displayed by default
Issues
- This column highlights any people that have current or future over-allocations
- Issues are highlighted with the icon, which can be clicked to view and rectify any over-allocation under the Issues tab in a person's profile
Re-ordering Columns
Columns in the List view can be re-ordered by dragging and dropping them to the desired locations.
