What is an Issue in Bridgit Bench?
- An Issue indicates that a person exceeds 100% allocation on a given day
- Issues will only be presented on active and upcoming projects
- Pursuits will not create Issues until they have been awarded
People List
Issues are highlighted with an orange circle to indicate the over-allocation of a resource. If a person has an allocation issue, the indicator will display in the Issue column.
You can select a person and click the Issues tab to view and rectify an over-allocation. Clicking on any colored project tag will take you directly to that project.
People Gantt
Over-allocation issues are highlighted in orange for the duration of the conflict.
Click the Gantt bar to view the over-allocation(s) for that period of time.
Projects List
Issues are highlighted with an orange circle and appear in the Issues column. The indicator will display if there are any allocations that contribute to the allocated person exceeding 100% either today or in the future.
Click on the Issue indicator to open the Project Overview window for more information. From there, you can click the Issue indicator again to view the details of the allocation issue and the colored project tag to modify an allocation if needed.
Projects Gantt
People on a project who are over-allocated have an orange circle .
Click the Gantt bar to view more information on the person. You can then click on the person's photo to visit their profile and review any over-allocation(s) on the Issues tab.
