Use Tags to add additional detail to your tasks to help track and categorize the tasks for searching or reporting in the project. Project Managers are the only users that can add and/or delete tags.

Adding Tags
- Click the gear icon to access Project Settings.
- Click Tags.
- Click + New Tag.
- Enter a tag name and click Add. Commonly used tags include Consultant, Critical, and Electrical.
- Any pending tags will appear under the Added Tags section. If you're happy with the tags, click Save to proceed with creation.
- If you decide against using a pending tag, click the X to remove the tag.
- If you decide against using a pending tag, click the X to remove the tag.
- Added tags will appear under the Tags sections. Click the X to delete a tag.
Deleting Tags
Deleting a tag will remove it from all associated tasks.
- Click the gear icon to access Project Settings.
- Click Tags.
- Click the X beside the required tag to delete it.

- Developer
- Warranty
- Safety
- PDI
- Punchlist
- Electrical
- Drywall
- Mechanical (eg. duct, sprinklers)
- Damage
- Urgent
- Critical
- Flooring (eg. hardwood, tile, carpet)
- Cabinetry (eg. kitchen, vanity)
- Closets/Organizers
- Appliances
- Electrical (eg. light fixtures, motorized blinds)
- Crown Moulding
- Fireplace
- Mirror/Glass
- Paint (eg. paint, wallpaper)
- Trim (eg. casting, baseboard/shoe mould, interior doors)
- Interior Hardware
- Countertops
