Using the Quality Plan
- Click on the Quality icon.
- Click Inspection or Location to help filter through available inspections. Select the requested Quality Plan.
- Tasks can be created from a Quality Plan by clicking the + icon.
- Click on Checklists to review all items that need to be completed.
- Click or double-click the circle icon to pass or fail items, respectively. If work needs to be done with a specific item, click the dropdown arrow and click Escalate to Task.
- A bulk update of all items can be completed by clicking the dropdown arrow beside Pass / Fail All.
- If all the items have been completed, click Mark as Done at the bottom of the inspection list.
Review Inspection History
- On the main page of the project, click on the Quality icon.
- Select the required inspection.
- Under the Tasks section, you'll find a log with the date and time the inspection was marked Done and by whom.
Export an Inspection Report
- Click on the Quality icon.
- Click Inspection or Location to help filter through available inspections. Select the requested Quality Plan.
- Click on the ... icon in the top right-hand corner of the screen.
- Select Export Report.
- Click Send to proceed with the request.
Access Inspection Reports
- On the main page of the project, click on the Quality icon.
- Select the inspection type.
- Select the location that you previously reported on.
- Previously exported reports can be found in the Reports section. Click on a report to review.
