The Bridgit Field web portal offers different report options and more flexibility with filtering task info than the mobile app. Click here for more info on available reports for each platform.

Custom Reports
- On the Task List page click on the FIlters drop-down to filter the task info.
- Tasks can be filtered by Status, Assignee, Tags, Date, and Location. Multiple filters can be applied at the same time.

- Apply the filters.
- In this example, we're sending a report of outstanding tasks to a subcontractor to complete. Select the Status filter and Open in the following drop-down.
- Click + Add Filter to add an additional filter.
- Choose the Assigned To filter and select the requested trade.

- Once the filter(s) have been applied, the task list will populate the filtered tasks.
- The following info will appear above the tasks:
- Filters Applied
- Number of filtered tasks
- The Clear Filters button

- Click the Reports drop-down and choose the report type. You can also specify how you want the report organized. The report can be organized by:
- Company
- Location
- Task number
- Select Email to have the report sent to your inbox or click Download to download the report directly.
- Optional: Update the title of the report and the sort order accordingly.

We recommend downloading reports when the email is received because reports will remain on Bridgit servers for 45 days.
Adding Recipients When Exporting Reports
- Click the Reports tab.
- Select the required report.
- Enter a new title if needed.
- Click Email.
- Click Search Directory to add recipients from the project's Project Team. Additional email addresses can be added manually as well.
- Click Send to proceed with generating the report.
Save Filter Groups
If you're frequently generating reports that use the same task filters, save the filter group to easily reapply the filters and help speed up your workflow.
- Apply the required task filters.
- Enter a title for the filter group and then click Save & Apply.
- The next time you need to apply the saved task filters click Saved Filter Groups.
- Select the requested filter group and click Apply.
