Accepting a New Invite

An invitation will be sent to the email address an account Admin has sent from Settings.

1. Open the invitation email with the subject line "You're invited to join [account name] on Bridgit Bench"
2. Click the Get Started button 
3. Select an authentication method to use when logging in.
   Please note the authentication method selected here is required for all future logins.
    
   • Username & password
   • Continue with Microsoft
   • Continue with Google
     
     
4. Grant access for Bridgit Bench to access your profile if selecting Microsoft or Google, if prompted.
5. Enter the required info on the "Tell us about yourself" screen and select Continue

Logging into Bridgit Bench

After accepting the new Bridgit Bench invitation, you can log in with the following link or use the direct link your account Admin or Bridgit Support can provide for you:

• https://bench.gobridgit.com/login

There are two options for authentication moving forward:

• Enterprise Login
• Direct Login

Enterprise Login

Select the Enterprise Login option and enter your company's Bridgit Bench Organization Name. 

• Your company's Organization Name will be provided through your team's technical contact or Bridgit Support.

Mobile app users will need to complete the Enterprise Login step once the migration is complete.

Direct Login

Bookmark and use the Direct Login link provided by your technical contact or Bridgit Support. Here is an example of a link:

• https://bench.gobridgit.com/auth/v2/login?organization=org_xCT8ooVcJFxtABQl

The bolded part of the above link is the Bridgit Bench Organization ID.

The link will not be functional until the migration is complete and the new invite has been accepted.
