Bridgit Field allows users to make changes to multiple tasks at the same time with a bulk action. Bulk actions are available on the Task List page and can only be completed using the Bridgit Field web portal. Below are all of the available bulk actions.

Bulk Action: Add Assignee
- Select the requested tasks by clicking the checkboxes to the left of the tasks.
- Click Add Assignee.
- Select the required companies or users to be added.
- Confirm your decision to add assignee(s).
- You will be notified when the change is complete in the notification center.
Bulk Action: Add Due Date
- Select the tasks you would like to add a due date to by clicking the checkbox to the left of the tasks.
- Click Change Due Date and select Update Due Date.
- Select a date and click Update to proceed.
- Confirm your decision to add a due date.
- You will be notified when the change is complete in the notification center.
Bulk Action: Remove Due Date
- Select the tasks you would like to add a due date to by clicking the checkbox to the left of the tasks.
- Click Change Due Date and select Remove Due Date.
- Confirm your decision to remove the due date.
- You will be notified when the change is complete in the notification center.
Bulk Action: Adding Tags
- Select the tasks you would like to add tag(s) to by clicking the checkbox to the left of the tasks.
- Click Change Tags and select Add Tag.
- Select the required tag(s).
- Confirm your decision to add the tag(s).
- You will be notified when the change is complete in the notification center.
Bulk Action: Remove Tags
- Select the tasks you would like to remove the tag(s) from by clicking the checkbox to the left of the tasks.
- Click Change Tags and select Remove Tag.
- Select the required tag(s).
- Confirm your decision to remove the tag(s).
- You will be notified when the change is complete in the notification center.
Bulk Action: Change Status
- Select the required tasks by clicking the checkboxes to the left of the tasks.
- Click Change Status.
- Select the new status - Closed, Complete, or Open.
- Confirm the status change by clicking the Yes checkbox and Change Status to proceed.
- You will be notified when the change is complete in the notification center.
Bulk Action: Change Task Locations
- Select the requested tasks by clicking the checkbox to the left of the tasks.
- Click Change Location.
- Select the new location and confirm the updates.
- You will be notified when the change is complete in the notification center.
Bulk Action Error Handling
If you receive an error message in the notification center, this could mean a number of things:
- Applying a bulk action to a deleted task
- Using the bulk change tags feature with a deleted tag
- Using the bulk add assignee feature with a deleted user
- Using the bulk change location feature with a deleted location
- Using the bulk change status feature for a draft task missing required fields
