Bridgit Field - Why am I not receiving emails?

Automated daily/weekly emails or manual emails:

Only assignees of deficiencies will receive email notifications from our system. As a project manager and creator of tasks, you will not receive emails unless you have assigned yourself to the tasks. 

Report Exports:

Double-check your junk folder and/or spam folder to see if the reports are landing there.

NOTE: If you are not receiving any emails from Bridgit and they're not showing up in your junk folder, check with your IT department to ensure the emails are not being filtered out or blocked. A ticket can also be submitted to Bridgit Support for further investigation.
