Automated daily/weekly task emails
Project Managers can enable and modify when daily/weekly task emails are sent to users.
Only assignees of open deficiencies (tasks) will receive email notifications from Bridgit Field. Users that create tasks will not receive emails unless they assign the tasks to themselves.
Report exports and manually create emails from the app
Double-check your junk folder and/or spam folder to see if the reports are landing there.
Not receiving Bridgit Field emails
If you are not receiving any emails from Bridgit Field and they're not showing up in your junk/spam folders, check with your IT department to ensure the emails are not being filtered out or blocked.
Once confirmed that emails are not blocked or filtered from your inbox, please contact Bridgit Support through support@gobridgit.com or submitted to Bridgit Support for further investigation.
